It seems as each generation matures, their manners and conduct seem to be worse. Being polite and using nice manners and treating others respectively are longer always used. If they know about it before you start working, there are less likely to be complaints about it when you begin. Also, remember to abide to the late night hours of not using loud power tools after most people go to sleep.
